Creativity is an important part of our society--museums and community programs are doorways guiding us in its exploration.
What is creativity and why is it important? Being able to generate new ideas, interpret, and evaluate are important skills we practice within the context of a visit to a museum or a community organization, empowering participants to explore new perspectives, new avenues for exploring the world we live in.
When we are able to see through someone else’s eyes, we celebrate divergent thinking and become more tolerant through the unifying appreciation of creativity.
