Chris was born in Missouri and has traveled through many experiences and distances to finally end up pursuing her dream of attending college and studying art and art education. Making art has been an activity that has been a constant in her life - she believes it is a basic necessity for expression. Currently pursuing a degree in Studio Art with an emphasis in painting and a degree in Art and Visual Culture with an emphasis in community and museum art, she hopes to to inspire and influence the importance, love and appreciation that she feels about art through her art and in contact with the community organizations that she will work with in the future.
