CHRISTINE FUGIT HUBBARD
Christine Fugit Hubbard

After being in several different programs at the UofA, it finally
dawned on me that I wanted to pursue a career in graphic design.
I am able to incorporate my love for the arts through the use of typography, shapes, images, and color in all of my designs. Repetition, line, balance, color, proximity, and contrast are the main principles to follow when working in the graphic design field.
Whether I produce weavings, ceramics, or paintings, I tend to return to the basic principles of graphic design that I have learned, by marrying the two elements of art together, I am able to create pieces that have an aesthetic quality that inspires me to produce more.
