We are all containers. We contain all that we have been through and experienced whether consciously or unconsciously. By carrying resentment, fear, various belief systems and ideas we cut our selves off from this moment. We get caught up in our thoughts and become imprisoned by them; we forget our thinking is a tool not life itself. My work deals with the inner world of human beings and how we can start exploring what is happening in our lives. Looking within forces us to take responsibility and live as active participants rather than passive observers. Life is absurd, unknown, and at times scary, in dealing with this we try to comfort our selves with familiarity, following people, and conforming to others belief systems.
