i work primarily in fiber and ceramic mediums. i am obsessed with surface treatment and design. natural and unusual surfaces, found objects are the source of my clay and fiber works. presently i very much enjoy the ceramic works of Arcadio Blasco, Christine McHorse, and Gustavo Perez, fiber works of Magdalena Abakanowicz, Annie Albers and Ramona Sakiestewa.
