Oregon Catholic Press would not be able to operate as seamlessly without placing a good deal of emphasis on office organization and order. One of my assignments while interning at OCP was to create an informational training video for the Editorial Staff about the Five S plan of office cleanliness. The Five S’s: OCP Style, outlines the 5 S’s ( 1. Sorting, 2. Simplifying, 3. Standardizing, 4. Sweeping, and 5. Self-Discipline), and provides helpful and practical 5 S maintenance tips, all while poking fun at the “ancient” Five S training video it replaces.
