GEORGINA BADONI
GEORGINA BADONI

In my work, I delve into themes of Navajo tribal issues and concerns. The content of my artwork documents my personal experiences as a Navajo, addressing the cultural and historical oppression of the Navajo tribe.

I taught on Hopi reservation at Moencopi Day School in Tuba City, AZ as an art teacher and gifted and talented art teacher.
I planned appropriate and engaging interdisciplinary, art-based lessons and assessments to meet the learning needs of a culturally and economically diverse group of learners.
