BIOGRAPHY

Amanda Stevens was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona and graduated from Canyon del Oro High School in 2004. She is currently completing her Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art (Photography emphasis) at the University of Arizona. She exhibits work at the University and also has shown in local shows during high school. Her work is mostly photography, but has also used media such as fabrics and food. Currently her work explores ideas of feminism, security, and the American lifestyle. Her work exposes the underbelly of American culture and the subconscious fears that plague the lives of the working man.
